Terry Schleder is a community health evaluator in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He works in the miasma between public and private efforts to improve population health and reduce preventable health inequities. Terry struggles to resist the temptation to believe science and evidence fails to shape public policy in the US, despite all evidence to the contrary. He holds an MPH degree from the University of New Mexico and is a proud recipient of the Jonathan Mann Award for Public Health & Social Justice from the NM Public Health Association in 2013.
